Peer Review Policy

The Journal of Mental Health and Substance Abuse uses a single-blind peer review process, in which reviewer identities are generally not disclosed to authors.
Submitted manuscripts are initially assessed by the editorial team for relevance, scope, basic quality, originality, and compliance with submission requirements. Manuscripts considered suitable for further evaluation may be sent to qualified independent reviewers.
